A. Yes, please let us know asap after you have placed an order with us.
Q. I have not received an order confirmation email, is my order in process?
A. You will get emails when you have bought and paid for the order, when your order has been dispatched and if you have back order items. If you have not received any of these emails, please check in your email spam/junk folder (the email registered with our store). If you still cannot find the emails after that, please contact us at sales@sunshinedancewear.co.uk to confirm if your order has been taken in our system.
Q. I have only received part of my order, where are the rest?
A. It is likely that part of your order was out of stock, an email would have been sent to you with the details. As soon as the items come back in stock again, we will dispatch the rest of the items to you as soon as possible.
Q. I’m not sure which size I should order?
A. Please let us know which items you have sizing questions and we will do our best to help you.
Q. Are my personal & payment details safe with you?
A. Yes it is very safe. All our online transactions are processed through a secure and encrypted server. There are strict security measures in place to stop unauthorised access to sensitive information such as your payment details. We do not keep any of your payment details at any stage of your transactions. Your personal details will be kept in accordance with our security policy and the law. If you wish, you can ask for details we hold about you by emailing us to check on any inaccuracies.
