Please note
* Orders placed at weekends/public holidays or after 2pm Fridays will normally be dispatched the next closest working day.
* Orders not collected/signed for, which have been returned to us, will be charged postage again at the original fee.
* We do not guarantee delivery time and we will not be held responsible for late deliveries.
* Some Parcels will be sent needing a signature from the customer, please ensure someone will be at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. If need be, you can request for the order to be sent to a different address. (e.g. Your friend, neighbour or your work place)
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:-
* All returns/exchanges must be sent within 28 business working days to us at:-

* Items must be returned in re-saleable condition, with all packaging and tags still attached.
* Tights and underwear returns - must be in original unopened packaging in as new conditions, otherwise the return/exchange will not be accepted.
* Please ensure that postage has been paid in full when returning your items, otherwise the parcel may not get delivered. We recommend using tracked postage, as we will not be held responsible for return parcels lost in the post.
* Postage costs will be refunded if you changed your mind about an order, but you will need to notify us within 7 days from receiving it.
* Books, CD’s, DVD’s, on sale items and special orders are all final sales.
* Exchanges for the first time will be sent to you with postage paid by Sunshine Dancewear within the UK. If you need to exchange again, then you would need to pay for the postage cost at our normal rate. Postage will be charged for exchanges outside the UK. If you need ‘additional’ items, please make a new order on our web site.
* If you have received items that are different to your order, please let us know within 2 days of receiving your goods.
Out of Stock/Back Order Items
We do try our best to ensure all our items are in stock, so that we’re able to dispatch your items quickly and all in one go. In the event that part of your order is out of stock/on back order, we will notify you by email with the details. We will send you the in stock items first and the rest of the order as and when it becomes available, no extra postage costs will be charged.
When making orders with a deadline, e.g. birthdays, shows & Christmas, we recommend ordering around 1 month before the due date. Otherwise, please call us to ensure the items are in stock before ordering online and we will put the items on hold for you.
